Recently, Wondfo officially signed an agreement with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), a top-tier university ranked in the top 1% globally. The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in academic exchanges and accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements. Wondfo will continues to advance global industry-academia-research collaborations, driving innovation and application in the field of medical diagnostics and contributing to the cause of global healthcare.
 

At the signing ceremony, Dr. Shaiful Bahari Ismail, Head of the Health Campus at USM, spoke on behalf of the university. "We hope that the collaboration between USM and Wondfo exemplifies the benefits of industry-academia partnerships, driving innovation, bridging research and application, and enhancing education. Most importantly, USM and Wondfo can serve as a portal for more frequent experience exchange between Malaysia and China." he emphasized. He noted that the deepened cooperation between the two parties will make a greater contribution to society. The Dean of the School of Medical Sciences at USM, Professor Dr. Abdul Razak Sulaiman, expressed his anticipation for the upcoming collaboration between the two parties.
 

"Combining USM's expertise in research and education with Wondfo's strengths in industrial innovation and biotechnology application, we are committed to building a bridge between research and application. This will bring practical experiences from around the world into academic institutions, fostering educational innovation and cultural and knowledge exchange." Mark Xu, Vice President of Wondfo, highlighted that in recent years, Wondfo has continuously strengthened its partnerships with various global universities and research institutions, driving the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation. 
 

In 2022, Wondfo had already begun scientific research cooperation with USM on the application of POCT in critical care. The signing of this MOU (memorandum of understanding) will further deepen the industry-academia-research collaboration between the two parties. According to the agreement, Wondfo will enhance academic exchanges with USM and collaborate on clinical research projects, joint product development, and more. Together, they will drive scientific research innovation and application in the field of medical diagnostics, bringing greater benefits to human health.
