The 76th Annual American Congress of Clinical Chemistry and Exposition of Clinical Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) was held on July 28-August 1, 2024 at the McCormick Expo Center in Chicago, USA. As the world's top academic event and medical device expo in the field of clinical testing, ADLM attracted more than 20,000 professionals from 110 countries. Wondfo presented a variety of new products at the conference, demonstrating its innovative achievements and profound technical accumulation in the field of IVD, and gaining recognition from professional visitors from all over the world.

New Products Gain Numerous Recognitions

On July 30, Wondfo Biotech held a New Product Launch Event, where showcased our new fully-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer FC-2100, the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer Finecare™ FIA Meter X1 and X2, and the automatic blood gas analyzer Ucare-6000.

With its precision and efficiency, FC-2100 attracted a lot of attention on site. As a desktop fully-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, it only covers 0.64 sqm, which is more flexible and convenient and can be installed and placed in almost all laboratory operating tables. The test speed is up to 200T/h, and the first result shows within 12 minutes.



Wondfo’s new immunofluorescence platform, Finecare™ X Series-FS-1000 & FS-2000, features accurate, efficient and easy-to-use. Its motto is “One-Step Operation, Always One Step Ahead”. X series support whole blood sample testing. In consideration of different needs, new platform offers single-channel(X1) and multi-channels(X2) for options. Its sensitivity of hs-cTnI is 20pg/ml, which enables labs give more effective support for acute and critical diseases.



Customers from Latin America also showed great interest in the automatic blood gas analyzer Ucare-6000, hoping to promote the wider application of Ucare-6000 in Latin America as soon as possible.


 

Exchange Opinions on POCT Application

As a leading company in China, Wondfo’s POCT products are widely used in more than 150 countries and regions around the world. During the New Product Launch, we invited Prof. Damien Gruson and Prof. Gheyath Nasrallah to share their studies towards this area.

Prof. Damien Gruson, an expert from UCL Hospital in Brussels, Belgium, discussed the application, importance and future prospect of POCT with clinical cases, pointed out that “Early and accurate diagnosis through POCT is essential for early prevention and rapid decision making, congrats for Wondfo’s efforts and achievements in the POCT field.”



Prof. Gheyath Nasrallah from Qatar University gave a detailed introduction with his research results about Finecare™ COVID-19 Ag Test, and shared the story of his friendship with Wondfo. “I'm very glad that we had all these cooperation with Wondfo, they have very trustworthy products. I look forward to have more projects with them.” He affirmed.


 

Working Together to Guard Global Health 

In ADLM 2024, Wondfo received a lot of recognition from experts and scholars by fully demonstrated the advantages of multiple technology platforms and product lines, such as electrochemistry, dry biochemistry, molecular diagnostics and pathology diagnostics.



"As an important part of tumor treatment and diagnosis, this product can make pathology diagnosis simpler and more efficient." A customer praised the PA-3600, a fully automated IHC staining system that independently developed by Wondfo. PA-3600 is suitable for a wide range of sample types, and can automatically complete the entire process of immunohistochemical staining from baking to re-staining. Since its official launch was in 2021, it has been widely used in hospitals, research institutes, ICLs (Independent Clinical Laboratory), pharmaceutical CROs and other organizations, and has gained recognition for its excellent performance and quality.
