As the evaluations shows, Finecare™ Dengue NS1 Ag test kit (immunofluorescence) enjoys excellent performance and can be of great help in controlling dengue fever. 

96% Sensitivity Compared to qRT-PCR

As a WHO collaborating centre for reference and research on tropical and emerging virus diseases, Department of Virology Institute of Tropical Medicine Nagasaki University conducts basic and applied research on arthropod-borne （arbo） viruses; such as Japanese encephalitis virus, dengue virus, Zika virus, chikungunya virus, severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome （SFTS） virus, and highly pathogenic viruses; filoviruses and novel coronaviruses. 

In January 2023, the Department conducted an evaluation of Wondfo Finecare™ Dengue NS1 Antigen test kit (immunofluorescence) with comparison to dengue RT-PCR positive 50 serum samples. It concludes that the sensitivity of Wondfo Finecare™ Dengue NS1 Ag Test is 96% and highly correlated with standard quantitative real time RT-PCR test.
