On August 5–6, Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech successfully hosted the Conference on Evaluation Results of HIV and Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Tests in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The meeting brought together laboratory experts, public health professionals, and decision-makers from West African countries to share and discuss the latest evaluation results of HIV and malaria rapid diagnostic tests.



The conference not only showcased Wondfo's innovations in in-vitro diagnostics but also provided a valuable platform for experts from West African countries to exchange insights and foster collaboration. Discussions focused on the application of diagnostic tests in major infectious disease control and their integration into national screening and diagnostic systems.

During the event, Wondfo signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Health of Côte d'Ivoire for future local technology transfer. The two parties will cooperate in local production, capacity building, and quality system development, aiming to expand access to high-quality diagnostic products in Côte d'Ivoire and across the ECOWAS region.



The successful hosting of this event marks an important step for Wondfo Biotech in global public health cooperation and lays a solid foundation for deeper China-Africa collaboration in infectious disease control and health industry development.
