Wondfo Biotech Philippines hosted Wondfo Finecare Day 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Manila, bringing together healthcare professionals, industry partners, and government representatives under the theme, “Advancing Diagnostics, Strengthening Partnerships.”
Organized in partnership with the local authorized agents, country’s leading distributors of medical and diagnostic equipment, the event also welcomed Rina Andrea Delos Santos, Miss Philippines Earth 2026, who joined the company in promoting health awareness and community wellness.
The event marked the launch of Wondfo Finecare Cares: Iron Strong Kids & Healthy Women for Philippines, a nationwide initiative that promotes early iron deficiency screening and expands access to ferritin testing for women and children.

As the campaign's first milestone, Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech Co., Ltd. donated the Finecare™ Fluorescence Immunoassay (FIA) Platform, together with Finecare™ Ferritin testing solutions, to the Province of Cagayan. Designed to deliver rapid, quantitative results within minutes, the Finecare™ FIA Platform offers a comprehensive test menu, including anaemia, diabetes, inflammation and cardiovascular diseases. As part of the donation, Finecare™ Ferritin test plays a vital role in assessing iron stores and identifying individuals at risk of iron deficiency before anaemia develops, supporting earlier intervention for women and children. The donation will help strengthen local diagnostic capacity and improve access to timely, reliable testing for communities across the province.

The official donation and acceptance ceremony was attended by representatives of Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech Co., Ltd., Wondfo Biotech Philippines Inc., Rina Andrea Delos Santos, Miss Philippines Earth 2026, and Governor of the Province of Cagayan, Hon. Edgar B. Aglipay.
During the ceremony, Mark Xu, Vice President and General Manager of the International Sales & Marketing Center of Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech Co., Ltd., together with Ethan Wu, Country Manager of Wondfo Biotech Philippines, announced that Wondfo will make an annual donation of diagnostic equipment every 11 July to a selected province in the Philippines as part of Wondfo Finecare Day. The annual initiative underscores the company’s long-term commitment to expanding access to quality diagnostics and supporting stronger healthcare systems in communities across the Philippines.
The celebration also featured scientific and clinical presentations, product innovation showcases, and partner recognition, reaffirming Wondfo’s commitment to advancing diagnostic technologies and fostering partnerships that improve healthcare outcomes for Filipino communities.
